GlobalGiving is non-profit organization that provides a global crowdfunding platform for grassroots charitable projects. Since 2002, more than 1.6 million donors on GlobalGiving have donated more than $750 million to support more than 33,000 projects in 175 countries.

The Challenge

GlobalGiving, a prominent non-profit organization committed to empowering local communities worldwide, sought to enhance the performance of their online donation page. Recognizing the critical role that user experience plays in encouraging donations, they aimed to streamline the donation process and increase user engagement.

The primary challenge GlobalGiving faced was gathering meaningful insights about their donation pages, quickly and efficiently. The Outcome
