Payability
Finance, Technology
Payability is a NYC-based FinTech company providing accelerated daily payouts and growth capital to eCommerce sellers, notably on Amazon and Walmart, to boost cash flow. Since 2015, it has provided over $5 billion in funding without traditional credit checks, basing approvals on account health and sales performance.
The Challenge
Payability was developing a new product and needed a fast, effective way to test prototypes and gather meaningful user feedback early in the process. Finding a platform that was intuitive enough to set up quickly, while still offering the depth needed to structure screener questions, tasks, and ratings, was essential to keeping their research process efficient.
They also needed a solution that could make sense of feedback at scale. With multiple studies on the horizon, Payability required a way to not just collect responses, but to easily analyze and interpret them, so insights could be turned into clear product decisions without getting lost in the data.
The Outcome
By adopting PlaybookUX, Payability found an intuitive platform that made it simple to configure screener questions, tasks, and ratings from the ground up. The ability to watch testers move through each study in real time gave their team a deeper, more nuanced understanding of how users actually experienced their prototypes, going far beyond what survey responses alone could reveal.
The analytics capabilities proved to be a standout benefit, particularly the ability to categorize feedback as positive, negative, or neutral, allowing the team to quickly sift through results and zero in on the most critical insights. The experience has been so valuable that Payability plans to leverage PlaybookUX for multiple studies going forward, making it their go-to solution whenever they seek user feedback on new features.
PlaybookUX has been an invaluable tool for us. We’ve been able to target specific audiences, gather user feedback, and validate ideas. Watching new test session recordings feels like Christmas morning every time.
