Edit Transcript 

We’ve now added a feature that allows you to edit the transcript of a user session video. Though our transcriptions are generally accurate, this feature will help you change certain things that the computer may get wrong, such as names. 

Our goal is to make your analysis process as straightforward as possible. This feature will help increase the accuracy of your transcriptions and help keep your sessions and projects consistent. 

Click to edit the transcript, and type your changes directly into the official transcript. This feature will save your edits, so when you return to your project down the road, the session will display the edited transcript – not the original version.
