The CCPA Notice supplements in the information from our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California consumers are entitled to disclosures regarding the collection and use of Personal Information.
A provision gives California residents the right to opt out of a “sale” of their “personal information”. The opt out is through a prominent link that states, “Do Not Sell My Personal Information”. This should be placed on the selling party’s page.

PlaybookUX collects information at sign up such as name, company, email address which allows you to register for our services.

Our uses are determined in the Privacy Policy.
Data we collect
- “Identifiers” which are used to identify you: We collect data such as email address, name and company to identify your account.
- Internet or other similar network activity is used to customize your experience and better serve you. We leverage this data in our analytics.
- Sensory data, such as video and audio recording of your screen and voice, is collected during user testing studies and interviews.
Sharing of personal information
PlaybookUX will not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
Sale of personal data
As stated under CCPA, we have not sold any personal data within the last twelve (12) months and since the inception of PlaybookUX.
Your Rights
As stated in the Privacy Policy, you have the right to delete your personal information at will.
