The Challenge
Roadtrip Nation needed a faster, more scalable way to generate and communicate insights across a growing portfolio of research initiatives. Their team was running a mix of studies, including usability testing, feature validation, and broader exploratory research, to better understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
While this mixed-methods approach provided valuable perspectives, synthesizing findings across studies was time-consuming and fragmented. Teams had to manually review transcripts, identify patterns, and connect insights across different research types. As the volume of research increased, it became more difficult to efficiently surface themes and translate them into clear, actionable takeaways.
This created delays in sharing insights and made it harder for stakeholders to quickly grasp what was happening across studies, limiting the overall impact of the research.
The Outcome
Â
The biggest impact PlaybookUX has had on our team is the ability to build a centralized repository with tagging and universal search. The tagging system makes it easy to filter feedback and identify themes across studies, helping us quickly surface insights and enable stakeholders to understand what’s happening without the manual effort we previously relied on.
