Feature Update: Increase the number of participants after launching a study
We now allow you to change the number of participants after a study is launched. Use this for unmoderated studies with PlaybookUX participants and ‘bring your own participants’.
Why is this feature important?
Instead of duplicating your project and relaunching it, you’re able to add more participants so your research on each topic can be in one centralized study.
How do I increase the number of participants?
Recruit more participants by heading into your project and clicking “Change number of participants”. Let us know how many additional participants we should recruit and checkout.
Typically we return studies within hours, however allow up to three business days for hard to reach demographics and international recruiting.
